break fast is good, the have fruit station, egg station and other station for different kind, the only missing is Halal food, or at least to have an idea about muslim visitors if they are willing to welcome them, its hard to check the HALAL,

Excellent. Location, staff, FOOD, comfortable, large rooms always at the W. We spend a long time here, the staff grew to know us quickly and provided an extremely high level of service. We had our toddler with us, and she was well looked after, with a full size cot, and her buffet meals free of charge. The wait staff were always very hands on in helping us with keeping her entertained while we had a drink at the lobby bar. The check in staff weren't English speaking for the most part, so be prepared to use a translator app. There was a tall gentleman, European, who assisted our every interaction, he was an excellent leader and asset to the W team at Guangzhou, and really made our experience one to remember. Thank you.

All was perfect

It was a great experience, cozy and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, a large selection and even freshly squeezed juices made by hand!

The Customer service as lead by the GM David and his team is exceptional. The breakfast buffet was an 11 out of 10. Loving the room sizes and two double beds in the twin rooms too. Complementary transport to Canton Fair very convenient. Beautifully located next to the Central Park area and walking distance to Canton Tower. Many restaurants and food options near by. When Guangzhou I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else!
